A sacred circle for releasing the emotional weight, old stories, and patterns that no longer align with who you are becoming. Through guided meditation, reflection, and intentional practices, you’ll be invited to honor your journey, gently let go, and create space for peace, healing, and new beginnings.
You’ll be gently guided through meditation, heartfelt sharing, intention setting, sacred ritual, and soothing sound healing to reconnect with your inner strength, trust your healing process, and remember the freedom that comes when you release what you are ready to leave behind.
