About The C.A.R.E. Sanctuary
The C.A.R.E. Sanctuary was created to be a sacred space where women feel seen, heard, supported and empowered. Whether you are navigating life's challenges, seeking deeper connection, or simply longing for a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, you are welcome here.
Through women's circles, workshops, guided meditations, sound healing, animal spirit journeys, private healing sessions, and Reiki, each experience intentionally designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit while supporting your unique healing journey.
Together, we create a safe and supportive community where healing unfolds naturally, authentic connections are formed, and personal growth is encouraged.
At The C.A.R.E. Sanctuary, our mission is simple: to help women connect with themselves, awaken their inner wisdom, remember who they truly are, and continue evolving with confidence, purpose, and compassion.
This is more than a place to attend an event—it's a place to belong.
Mission Statement
The C.A.R.E. Sanctuary exists to create sacred spaces where women feel safe to pause, reconnect with themselves, and remember the wisdom that has always lived within them.
Through healing circles, transformational workshops, sound healing journeys, retreats, and private sessions, we guide women through the C.A.R.E. philosophy Connect. Awaken. Remember. Evolve.—helping them release what no longer serves them, embrace their authentic selves, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, peace, and purpose.
We believe healing is not something that happens alone. It is nurtured through compassion, community, meaningful ritual, and the courage to come home to yourself.
Vision
To become a trusted sanctuary where women from all walks of life gather to heal, grow, and awaken to their fullest potential.
We envision a thriving community of women who support one another, honor their unique journeys, and carry the ripple effects of healing into their families, relationships, workplaces, and communities.
Our vision is to cultivate a movement where every woman remembers who she is, reconnects with her inner wisdom, lives with intention, and continues to Connect, Awaken, Remember, and Evolve—creating lasting transformation for generations to come.
Meet Gianna St Clare
Founder of The CARE Sanctuary
Gianna St Clare is the founder of The C.A.R.E. Sanctuary, a welcoming space where women are invited to reconnect with themselves, rediscover their inner wisdom, and experience healing through authentic community, mindful practices, and heart-centered transformation.
For much of her life, Gianna has been devoted to caring for others and walking alongside them through some of life's most meaningful and challenging seasons. She has supported individuals and families through addiction, caregiving, illness, grief, hospice, and major life transitions, offering compassion, a listening heart, and a steady presence during times when they needed it most.
Gianna's journey was shaped by her own experiences of overcoming adversity and discovering the strength that comes through healing and growth. From navigating a challenging childhood beginning at a young age, becoming a mother early in life, surviving domestic violence, overcoming addiction, and raising her daughter as a single mother, she learned resilience, perseverance, and the importance of creating a safe and loving foundation.
Through her own healing journey, Gianna discovered the transformative power of compassion, connection, and having a space where one can feel truly seen and understood. These experiences became the foundation of her passion for walking alongside others as they navigate their own challenges, healing, and personal transformation.
Her path continued to unfold through both hands-on healing and compassionate caregiving. As a massage therapist and Reiki Master, Gianna supported others in reconnecting with their bodies and finding greater balance, relief, and restoration. She later had the privilege of serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant in hospice care, where she provided compassionate presence and care to individuals and their loved ones during some of life's most sacred and tender moments.
Throughout her career, Gianna has worked with women from all walks of life, as well as first responders and veterans—individuals who often carry extraordinary physical, emotional, and energetic burdens. These experiences deepened her understanding of the connection between the body, mind, and spirit and reinforced her belief that true healing begins when we feel safe, valued, and supported.
Today, through The C.A.R.E. Sanctuary, Gianna brings together the wisdom, experiences, and healing practices she has cultivated over the years through women's circles, guided meditation, sound healing journeys, animal spirit journeys, workshops, retreats, private sessions, and meaningful ceremony. Each offering is thoughtfully created to nurture the mind, body, and spirit while helping women reconnect with their authentic selves.
At the heart of every experience is the C.A.R.E. philosophy:
Connect • Awaken • Remember • Evolve
Rather than focusing on fixing what is broken, Gianna believes each woman already carries the wisdom, resilience, and strength needed for her own journey. Her role is to create compassionate spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and remember who they have always been.
Whether gathering in a women's circle, relaxing into the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guided meditations, exploring an animal spirit journey, receiving Reiki, or participating in a transformational workshop or retreat, Gianna's intention remains the same: to help each woman leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to herself.
Gianna envisions The C.A.R.E. Sanctuary as more than a place to attend an event or receive a service. It is a growing community where women support one another through every season of life. Her hope is that every gathering creates a ripple effect of healing, compassion, courage, and connection that extends beyond the circle and into families, communities, and the world.
