Our offerings are designed for women seeking connection, personal growth, stress relief, healing, or simply a supportive community where they can be seen, heard and supported.

Where is your location?

I've never attended a women's circle. What can I expect?

You'll be welcomed into a supportive, judgment-free environment with other like-hearted women, where you'll experience guided meditation, meaningful conversation, reflection, and healing activities. Each circle has a specific topic, however if you are struggling or need support with something off topic, you are always welcome to share or ask for support. There is never any pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. What is shared in the circle, stays in the circle.

Do I have to share during the circle?

No. Sharing is always optional. You're welcome to simply listen and receive.

What should I bring?

Bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as a journal, water bottle, blanket, yoga mat or cushion if you'd like. You may also bring a small item to place on the altar, this item will go home with you, infused with the energy from the circle. We'll let you know if anything special is needed for a particular event.

How are workshops different from women's circles?

Women's circles focus on connection, reflection, and shared experiences, while workshops provide a deeper dive into a specific topic with guided learning, activities, and practical tools for personal growth.

Do I need meditation experince?

Not at all. Guided meditations are appropriate for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

What is sound healing?

Sound healing uses the soothing vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, rattles and other instruments to encourage deep relaxation and help quiet the mind.

What is an Aminal Spirit Journey?

An Animal Spirit Journey is a guided meditation with or without sound healing that invites you to connect with the symbolic wisdom of a specific animal. Many participants find these journeys inspiring and meaningful as they reflect on personal insights and growth.

Do I have to believe in spirit animals?

No. Some people experience these journeys as a spiritual practice, while others simply enjoy them as a creative visualization and self-reflection exercise.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that promotes relaxation and supports overall well-being. Many people find it calming and restorative. Reiki can be done with light touch or above the body with out touching. Which ever you prefer.

Do I remain fully clothed during a Reiki session?

Yes. Reiki is performed while you remain fully clothed and comfortably relaxed.

How do I know which service is right for me?

If you're unsure, reach out! We'll discuss your goals and help you choose the experience that best supports your needs.

Can private sessions combine different healing modalities?

Yes. Sessions can often include a combination of Reiki, guided meditation, sound healing, and other practices based on your intentions and goals.

I'm feeling nervous about coming alone. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many women attend their first event on their own. You'll be welcomed into a warm, supportive community where you can participate at your own pace. Our hope is that you'll leave feeling connected, encouraged, and knowing you have a place where you belong. Bringing a friend is always an option, if that feels right for you.
